Having spent over 15 years working in the Eastern suburbs, City Fringe & Greater Sydney Commercial markets, David Canelas founded HillCo Property Group Pty Ltd in 2020.

David has built his reputation on hard work, honesty, and attention to detail. With an in-depth knowledge & experience across a wide range of NSW commercial property markets, David's greatest asset is his ability to formulate an effective and tailored strategy to ensure his clients have the best possible chance of achieving a great result. David prides himself on being thorough, innovative, and relentless in his pursuit of achieving record breaking results and maximising value for his clients. 

Having established himself as one of the Eastern Suburbs & Inner City's leading commercial agents, HillCo Property Group is the result of years of planning. David's strong relationships with clients, buyers & prospective tenants strongly set him apart from other agents and gives him the ability to drive successful outcomes. 

With over 7 years of experience in the property industry, both in Australia and abroad, Charles brings an acute level of insight to the HillCo team. Having launched his career at a bespoke Real Estate Agency in London, Charles brings his passion and property acumen to focus on Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs & City Fringe Commercial markets.

Charles graduated from UNSW with a Double Major in Business and Marketing which he utilizes in all facets of his property dealings providing a higher calibre of service for all his clients.  Taking a calculated, results driven approach with clear and effective communication is what allows Charles to achieve the best possible results.

Charles joins HillCo Property Group as one of its original members since its inception in 2020.  

Michael has an exceptional reputation as a true expert in his industry. His honest, diligent, and tenacious approach to every transaction makes him the perfect fit for HillCo Property Group. Michael brings with him over 23 years of real estate experience having spent the last 15 years specialising in the City Fringe commercial market.

Having begun his career in residential sales, before quickly discovering his passion for commercial real estate, Michael focuses on providing a top-quality service for everyone when putting a deal together. A devoted family man, Michael brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to his professional career as he does to raising his two wonderful sons.
