Meet The Founder
Having spent over 15 years working in the Eastern Suburbs, City Fringe & Greater Sydney Commercial markets, David Canelas founded HillCo Property Group Pty Ltd in 2020.
David has built his reputation on hard work, honesty, and attention to detail. With in-depth knowledge & experience across a wide range of NSW commercial property markets, David’s greatest asset is his ability to formulate an effective and tailored strategy to ensure his clients have the best possible chance of achieving a desirable result. David prides himself on being thorough, innovative, and relentless in his pursuit of achieving record breaking results and maximising value for his clients.

Michael brings with him over 23 years of real estate experience having spent the last 15 years specialising in the City Fringe commercial market.
Having begun his career in residential sales, before quickly discovering his passion for commercial real estate, Michael focuses on providing a top-quality service for everyone when putting a deal together. A devoted family man, Michael brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to his professional career as he does to raising his two wonderful sons.
